Noosa Pacific Resort, Noosaville

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The apartment was well-appointed, but cleanliness was an issue with sticky floors and unwashed dishes. Also, the lack of maintenance for the rental equipment and unresponsive management left a sour taste. There’s potential here, but significant improvements are necessary for a better stay.

Our stay at the resort was a mix of amazing experiences and significant disappointments. The spacious apartment we booked had stunning river views and was very close to the lively restaurants on Hastings Street. However, we faced issues with the initial unit's cleanliness and the customer's service regarding our complaints, which left a lot to be desired. While the pool area was well looked after and offered great amenities, the experience was somewhat diminished by the contrasting room quality and management response.

I had high hopes for our stay, but unfortunately, it was filled with disappointments. The location was okay, but the room was dirty and not as described, and the service was downright rude. It’s really disheartening when the management doesn't value guests. But the setup of the rooms was spacious and there were great amenities available, which should have made for a lovely stay if not for the other issues.

My stay at Noosa Pacific Resort had its ups and downs. While I was impressed with the stunning views and the spacious, clean apartment, my experience was overshadowed by an uncomfortable atmosphere due to management's aggressive behavior. The access to the river and pool area were both big highlights, but the charges for minor discrepancies during checkout felt unreasonable.
